Several celebrities and athletes are in Hartford on Wednesday morning for a large business seminar and that could affect the commute if you have to travel near the XL Center.

More than 15,000 people are expected to attend Get Motivated, one of the most well-known business seminars in the country.

The seminar begins at 8 a.m. and Giants quarterback Eli Manning, Bill Cosby, UConn women’s basketball head coach Geno Auriemma, Erin Brockovich and Bill O’Reilly are among the 11 speakers who will talk about business skills and help motivate people to reach a new height of success.

Commuters are being warned there will be a lot of congestion today.

Event organizers urge people to car pool or use public transportation.

There will be satellite parking at the North Meadows or Pequot lots.

Shuttle service will be provided from there, from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
