Oregon and Auburn square off for the title tonight.

MONDAY MOVIES:  Grab a date, grab some popcorn and grab some goobers (just don't grab your date's goobers!).  It's movie night in Connecticut (at least, we're making it movie night).  And while there are some great flicks out there in the big multiplexes, we're offering some lesser known films for your viewing pleasure.  If you head to Real Art Ways in Hartford, you can check out Tiny Furniture, a story of a woman who's having a very, very hard time.  It tells the story of Aura, a 22-year-old graduate who returns home to find post-college life confusing and full of romantic humiliation.  Click here for ticket info.  If you want something with a bit more of an international flair, make your way to Bloomfield 8, where you can see a double feature of Indian movies.  First, there's "Tees Maar Khan,"  a story of adventure and international smuggling.  Then, there's "Manmadhan Ambu" a romance set against the backdrop of bullfighting.  Click here for info on your Indian movie adventures.

GOING BOWLING:  UConn may have already lost it's first ever BCS bowl game, it's star running back and it's head coach (wow, not the best way to start 2011 was it?), but that doesn't mean the college football season is over.  There's one more game tonight, and it's for all the marbles.  Glendale, AZ (the site of the Huskies defeat) will also play host to the BCS Championship game between Auburn and Oregon.  It's a battle of South vs. West, speed vs. speed, power vs. power, #1 vs #2.  If you're a real fan of the game, you already know the teams, but do you know where you're going to watch the game?  Let us give you a few options.  There's Rookie's in Cromwell, where you can get a burger and a beer for $9.25.  There's TD Homer's in Southington, which has a happy hour featuring $3 Draft Specials, $5 House Wine and $5 Frozen Cocktails.  Or you can head to Black Bear Saloon in New Haven to enjoy 2-for-1 drinks and appetizers all night long.
