Moonshine made in Manchester is going to the Grammys, where it will be part of the gift bags handed out.

Onyx Moonshine, the first moonshine to be legally made in Connecticut, has been selected as the exclusive spirit for the awards ceremony’s gift bags next month.

“We've only been open a few months and it's amazing to see how many people are excited to try our moonshine,” Adam von Gootkin, co-founder of Onyx Spirits Co, said in a statement. “We're extremely proud that a Connecticut product has been selected and that we'll have an opportunity to show America what authentic moonshine with an ultra premium twist tastes like.”

This is the second time Onyx earned such an honor. In November, the moonshine made it into gift bags at the Country Music Awards.
