It's official. Gov. M. Jodi Rell has declared Thursday "Plan B Burger Day", in honor of the restaurant winning the NBCConnecticut.com Golden Local!
In a proclamation, Rell wrote: "This recognition is a testament to your outstanding public service and commitment to making and serving the best burgers in the State of Connecticut as voted on by Connecticut citizens."
To celebrate their recent Golden Local win, Plan B is throwing a party -- and everyone's invited!
Join NBCConnecticut.com at Plan B's West Hartford location on Thursday, May 28 beginning at 6 p.m. We'll be handing over the Golden Local, and they'll be handing over the mini-burgers for everyone!
If you can't make it to the party, you can still get a coupon for a free burger. The coupons will be available online ONLY on Thursday from the Plan B website.
