TV personalities Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian accept the Favorite TV Guilty Pleasure Award onstage during the 2011 People's Choice Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on January 5, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Kim and Kourtney were in Mystic this week.

If you’re in Mystic and Stonington Borough, don’t be surprised if you spot a celebrity. By now, you probably know about the Meryl Steep, Tommy Lee Jones film, but the Kardashians were also visiting on Wednesday.

Kim and Kourtney were in Mystic with baby Mason on Wednesday and Thursday, then headed back for New York.

"Thanks for the memories Mystic, Connecticut! The aquarium and seaport were very special! @KimKardashian and I enjoyed," Kourtney tweeted.

They visited Mystic Aquarium (home of the serenading beluga) on Thursday with a crew filming their reality TV show and we were told little Mason loved it.

"Drove out to Mystic, CT & took Masey to the Aquarium here! I love it here! We touched penguins, sharks, sea lions & even a whale!!!" Kim Tweeted. "All I want for Christmas is a sea horse! I've always wanted one!"

They had lunch at Latitude 41 on Thursday and dinner at the S&P Oyster company on Friday.

“We were delighted to have them in for dinner,” Rachel Sumner, sales and marketing manager for the restaurant said.

NBC Connecticut was told that the sisters stayed at the Whaler’s Inn and were heading to Mystic Aquarium.

They are filming their reality show and headed to Connecticut with the film crew.

Lesley Roe, of the Inn at Stonington, said the Kardashians called at the beginning of the week to stay there, but it’s a busy time of year in addition to the movie filming and the inn was booked, Roe said.

The buzz in Stonington has been great for the Inn at Stonington, which Bill Griffin has owned for 10 years, Roe said.

“Everyone is so thoughtful and friendly and warm to us, and us with them,” Roe said.
