Connecticut is a step closer to the opening of a new fast-food restaurant.
Ads are already running for Sonic and this summer you’ll finally be able to try it out.
The company will hold a groundbreaking for Connecticut’s first Sonic. It’s located at 1033 North Colony Road in Wallingford, the home of the old Yankee Silversmith Inn.
If you need a little “Sonic” 101, here are a few quick facts. The company says there’s something for everyone at its restaurants, from burgers, to salads and wraps to breakfast burritos and banana splits.
Carhops bring your meal right to you. That’s right you just sit in your vehicle, press a red button and order. If you’d rather you can sit on the patio.
Sonic claims it’s famous for Cherry Limeades, Tater Tots and Extra-Long Chili Cheese Coneys.
