Statewide Restaurant Week Brings $3.75 Deals

This week, you might be able to get your favorite appetizer for $3.75 at some Connecticut restaurants.  A three-course meal will cost you $20.10, or you could get a two-for-one dinner for $37.50.

More than 100 restaurants are participating in the 2010 Restaurant Week.

"The possibilities are endless," Nicole Griffin, executive director of the Connecticut Restaurant Association, said.

Restaurants from West Hartford, Old Lyme, Waterbury, New Haven, Vernon, Woodbury, Willimantic  and beyond are offering deals in celebration of Connecticut's 375th anniversary.

"Restaurant Week provides diners with a unique opportunity to go out and enjoy a great meal at a great price," Griffin said.

The third annual event runs from Monday, Oct. 4 through Saturday, Oct. 10.  The Connecticut Restaurant Association has the full list of participating restaurants and menus.
