Burgers have gone gourmet in the last few years, and for some, no one does it better than Max Burger in West Hartford.
The restaurant on Lasalle Road, has been open since 2009, and offers just about anything a true carnivore would love, including its Kobe Classic, made with the Max Burger secret sauce (don't ask for the recipe).
But if you really want to experience what the restaurant has to offer, sink your teeth into the Fatty Melt, an 8-ounce burger served between two grilled cheese sandwiches, with tomato and apple smoked bacon.
Whatever you order, be ready to leave full.
