The first location opened last month.
Grilled Cheese To Go offers the Classic, Cheddar Delight and Healthy Melt. You can top your sandwich off with tomato, basil, onion or bacon. And for sides, you can opt for homemade tomato soup, potato chips or cookies.
But cheese is the focus here and most of us have our preferences. At this spot, you can choose from American, Cheddar, Muenster, Provolone or Light Swiss cheese. As for the type of bread: rye, multigrain, Italian or whole wheat bread.
The restaurant is located at 1201 Boston Post Road inside Milford’s Connecticut Post Mall.
Grilled Cheese To Go is also creating its own social network. It Facebook page has nearly 400 fans.
