Interstate 95 north in Stratford is congested after a crash early Tuesday morning that is blocking the right and center lanes between exits 32 and 33.
Original reports were that five vehicles were involved in the crash. As of 6:45 a.m., a tractor-trailer and another vehicle that had lost fuel remained at the scene.
The cause of the crash is unknown, but there was heavy fog on Tuesday morning.
