A New Penn motor express truck, out of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, rolled over on Interstate 84 eastbound between exits 17 and 18 around 7 a.m.
The driver, Jerzy Bielecki, 57, of Paxton, Massachusetts, was driving the truck and lost control, police said. He was issued an infraction for failure to drive in established lane, police said. The truck was found to be in violation representing vehicle with hazardous materials with none present.
