Three tractor-trailers were involved in a crash between exits 66 and 67 on Interstate 84 Eastbound in Vernon just before 4 a.m. on Monday, which slowed the morning commute.
Fuel spilled from one of rigs and the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection was called to clean up the spill.
Inspectors from the Department of Consumer Protection are also at scene because one of the tractor-trailers was carrying a food additive.
No one was injured in the crash.
The road has since reopened.
