High pressure continues to build into the northeast bringing Connecticut a refreshing air mass.
High pressure will slide to our east by Sunday allowing some cloud cover to mix in with the sunshine. An approaching cold front may bring a spot shower or sprinkle late Sunday.
Our rainfall deficit continues to worsen through next week. NBC Connecticut meteorologists are not forecasting a widespread rainfall through the next 7 to 10 days.
