Tuesday Morning Weather Blog

Here are some snow reports from across the state. Less than we forecasted, but it still made travel treacherous.

Clear skies, light winds, and fresh snowfall allowed the temperatures to free-fall and end up WAY below zero in some of our traditionally cold towns. Rural, northwest Connecticut fell to 13 below zero in N. Canaan, 10 below in Falls Village and Colebrook. Pretty amazing!! BDL fell to -2 degrees, going below zero for the first time in 716 days!!

We expect daytime highs in the teens tomorrow and Wednesday....

By Wednesday morning feels like temps could range from -5° to 15° across the state.

Later on this week temps will slowly begin to rise again, by the upcoming weekend afternoon highs look to return to the upper 30s to about 40 degrees.
