After a several days of below normal temperatures NBC Connecticut Meteorologists are forecasting milder air for part of the workweek.
The average high temperature for the Hartford area is 39 degrees. High temperatures over the past several days have fallen well short of that.

High temperatures on Tuesday will climb into the middle 40s. A brief cool down for Wednesday and Thursday before temperatures are back into the 40s for Friday and Saturday.
