The first accumulating snow of the season is coating parts of Connecticut this morning.
While there won't be a lot of snow, weather caused delays of up to 10 minutes on Metro-North because of slippery rail conditions. Service is now back to normal.
Precipitation started early this morning. For most, communities, it was just enough to put a pretty dusting on yards and decks.
In Ridgefield, a weather spotter has reported 2 inches of snow.
