Unsettled Weather Returns

The quiet weather continues across Connecticut with high pressure in command and with nice weather for attending fall fairs in the area.

Sunshine will mix with high clouds today with temperatures near 70-degrees.

Tonight, there will be a rare supermoon lunar eclipse. The total eclipse will occur between 10:11 p.m. and 11:23 p.m. Clouds will be on the increase, so not everyone will be able to see it. Northern and eastern Connecticut stands the best chance of experiencing good viewing conditions.

Mostly cloudy skies will be the story Monday, and there will be a few showers in the area. Temperatures will be in the middle-70s.

Downpours are likely on Tuesday as a cold front approaches. Temperatures will be in the upper-70s.

Late week looks much cooler and breezy with a coastal storm nearby. Beneficial rain is a possibility.
