Snow School Makes the New Year Bright With a Festival of Lights

Snow Elementary PTO put on a Festival of Lights Friday in Middletown. Teachers and staff decorated their cars with light displays in the school parking lot for families to drive by and enjoy and to kick off the new year on a bright note for students.
