22 Cities and Towns Ask Lamont For a Statewide Mask Mandate

The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments, which is made up of 22 cities and towns, sent a letter to Gov. Lamont Wednesday asking him to institute a statewide indoor mask mandate.
