“Arts on 9” Kicks Off In New Haven

The 9th Square area of New Haven will kick off the “Arts on 9” event on Friday evening. Local shops and restaurants will have various specials and musicians to welcome customers. The “Arts on 9” event will continue the first Friday of every month during the summer season.
