Authorities in Anguilla Call Darien Man a Fugitive

Authorities in Anguilla are calling Scott Hapgood, a Darien man who faces manslaughter charges in the death of a hotel worker, a fugitive and said they plan to issue an arrest warrant after he didn’t travel there for a court appearance yesterday.
