A 21-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Hartford.
A 21-New Britain man has died after a shooting in Hartford Wednesday morning.
Police have identified the victim as Taylor Irizarry. He was shot at Spring and Myrtle streets.
Police continue to investigate and no additional information was immediately available.
