ECSU teams up with Hartford HealthCare to address nursing shortage

Eastern Connecticut State University is offering a new nursing program this fall that works closely with Windham and Backus hospitals. ECSU and Hartford Healthcare hope the program gives students access to more resources and helps address a serious need for nurses in Connecticut.
