Warm and humid conditions are on the way...

Meteorologist Joshua Cingranelli has the evening forecast on September 26th,2018

The NBC Connecticut meteorologists have issued a First Alert as a second round of severe weather threatens the state Wednesday, and a flash flood warning was issued for Litchfield County through midnight.

Meteorologist Josh Cingranelli reports over 2 inches of rain has fallen in an hour period.

Flooding Tuesday created dangerous road conditions in some parts of the state, with first responders being called out to rescue people stranded in their vehicles.

Wednesday brought warmer temperatures and humid conditions as a warm front moves through the state.

A cold front will move through the state on Wednesday which will lead to a second round of thunderstorm activity while some areas are still recovering from Tuesday's flooding.
