Hamden police are investigating after a break-in at the Highwood Bar and Grill on Dixwell Avenue Saturday morning.
Police said they responded around 6:30 a.m. for a burglar alarm at the Highwood Bar and Grill. When they arrived they found the front window shattered.
According to police, a male suspect threw a rock through the window then stole three bottles of liquor.
The suspect was wearing blue shirt with an American flag on the right sleeve.
