Part of Interstate 91 north in Rocky Hill remains closed on Tuesday morning, hours after a tractor-trailer jackknifed and emergency road work is being done in the area.
State Dept. of Transportation officials said the three right lanes were closed between exits 23 and 24. Two of those lanes have since reopened.
At this time, only the right lane is closed while crews do emergency road work on the highway, DOT says.
No injuries were reported.
