Lawsuit filed against Harwinton group home alleges physical abuse, exposure to sex abuse

The mother of a teenager who lived at The Bridge Family Center in Harwinton filed a civil lawsuit alleging her 14-year-old daughter was physically abused and exposed to sexual assault.
