Police in New Haven have asked for help in solving a Saturday night homicide in the Hill section of the city.
A man was found shot in the chest near 21 Hulburt Street around 10:15 p.m Saturday. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he later died, police said.
By Sunday afternoon, no motive had been established for the homicide. Police said they expected to release the victim's name Sunday night.
