Police Identify Man Shot and Killed in Hartford
An extensive Hartford police investigation is underway at the Carriage Place West apartments at 390 Farmington Avenue after a 38-year-old man was shot and killed Thursday.
Police received a call from a concerned citizen at 12:50 p.m. Thursday, checked a third-floor apartment and found 38-year-old Shermane Rose, who had been shot and killed.
No information was available on a suspect.
