National Night Out Bridges the Gap Between Police and Communities

Several Connecticut police departments are gearing up for the National Night Out to bring communities and police together. Hamden, with its 25th National Night Out, is throwing a big festival. Festivities include a DJ, cookouts and free vaccinations. They will also offer tips for crime prevention and address topics like youth services, neighborhoods watch parties, and emergency preparedness.
