A Naugatuck teen with a black belt in karate is getting a chance to show off his watermelon-bashing talents on TV.
Sean Anderson, 19, will appear on "The Tonight Show" to break watermelons with his head.
He is scheduled to be in a segment Friday night titled, "Don't try this at home." Anderson said he's going to try to break 10 watermelons with his head in 30 seconds.
Anderson has been competing in U.S. Open Karate tournaments and for the past two years has demolished things like bricks, baseball bats, boards and coconuts.
"The Tonight Show" airs on NBC30 at 11:30 p.m.
