A 34-year-old New Britain man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in New Britain Wednesday.
New Britain police said the victim was struck by a car near the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Overlook Avenue around 1:22 p.m. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The driver fled the scene, according to police. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a dark-colored full-sized four-door pickup and was last seen traveling north on Farmington Avenue near Blake Road.
