What started as a routine traffic stop in Manchester ended with police finding two pounds of marijuana and making a drug arrest, police said.
Police pulled over Brandon Edwards, 21, of Manchester, on Thursday.
When police searched his Acura, they found over two pounds of marijuana, according to a news release from East Central Narcotics .
They also found packaging, scales and other drug paraphernalia at his home on Garden Street, police said.
Edwards was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to obey a traffic signal.
Bond was set at $270,000 bond.
