A nor'easter has been dropping rain and some wet snowflakes since Wednesday evening and that is affecting the morning commute.
Snow totals range from nothing to about 2 inches and that is just enough to cause traffic problems.
There have been several spin-outs, most of which are in the northeastern part of the state, along Interstate 84. The most serious is on I-84 East near Sisson Avenue. There was also a spin-out on Route 9 South in Berlin.
The state has about 25 percent of the DOT trucks out to work on the roads.
Be careful driving. The storm will move out Friday afternoon.
