Report shows 39% of CT families struggle to afford basic needs

The United Way of Connecticut is out with its new ALICE report which breaks down the cost of living in our state. Looking at the most recent data, which is from 2021, it found that more than 500,000 households are struggling. That’s up more than 50,000 over the last report.
