Teen Charged With Attempted Murder After Attacking Teen in Watertown

A 16-year-old carrying a hatchet is accused of breaking into a Watertown home on Wednesday afternoon and attacking another teen, according to police. The victim has serious injuries and the suspect has been charged with attempted murder.
