Hartford police are actively looking for a 16 year old teenager with autism who has been missing since Wednesday afternoon.
A 13-year-old boy with autism reported missing in Hartford on Thursday has been found safe.
Police say Jonathan Luciano was reported missing by his mother Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening police confirmed the teen had been found safe.
