The Hartford Research Discusses Mental Health in the Workplace

Research from The Hartford and the National Alliance on Mental Illness shows that Black, Latinx and Asian American and Pacific Islander workers feel significantly less comfortable engaging in mental health conversations at work than their white colleagues.
