Waterford Soldier Rivera Body Home

A Silent sea of American flags welcomed home Connecticut National Guardsman Edwin Rivera. Hundreds of people lined the streets to pay their respects to the Staff Sargeant, as his hearse passed in his hometown of Waterford.
