Conjoined Twin Girls Separated by 17 Hour Surgery

Doctors at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital separated 2-year-old twins Erika and Eva Sandoval in a surgery that began Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 and lasted until early Wednesday morning. The twins, delivered through emergency C-section at 32 weeks, had fused torsos from birth.
