‘Cowardly Act of Terror': 8 Dead After Truck Rams Crowded NYC Bike Path

At least eight people were killed and at least a dozen were injured after a truck driver deliberately mowed down pedestrians, cyclists and a school bus in lower Manhattan Tuesday in what authorities called a “cowardly act of terror.”
