Jessica Long was born with fibular hemimelia, losing her legs at 18 months, but that hasn’t stopped her from becoming one of the most decorated paralympics swimmers of all time. With 17 total medals from Athens, Beijing and London, Jessica is looking to add even more medals to that already remarkable total in Rio.
