‘No Man Is Above the Law': Gorsuch During Confirmation Hearing

During his confirmation hearing on March 21, Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch said that no one, including the president, is above the law. Towards the end of the exchange, Mr. Graham praised Trump’s choice in Gorsuch. “Quite frankly, I was worried about who he [Trump] would pick. Maybe somebody on TV,” Graham said to laughter.
