Police: Capitol Hill Shooting an Isolated Incident

Kim Dine, the Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police says the car chase from the White House to Capitol Hill and subsequent gunfire is an isolated incident with two crime scenes. He says there is no information it was an act of terrorism.
