Rep. Adam Schiff: Trump ‘Obstructed Congress'

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) spoke Tuesday following the release of a draft report on the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. The report alleges that in addition to withholding aid to Ukraine as part of a quid pro quo agreement to investigate the president’s political rivals, Trump obstructed Congress during impeachment investigations.
