Texas Prison Warden on His 140 Executions

Texas is set to put its 500th inmate to death on Wednesday. The AP’s John Mone interviewed Charles Thomas O’Reilly, the former warden of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Hunstville Unit who oversaw 140 of those executions.
