Trump, Putin Hold Private Meeting After Russian Intelligence Indictment

In a short press conference before a private meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, President Donald Trump called the two countries “the two great nuclear powers” and stated that the U.S. wants to have a better relationship with Russia. The meeting comes the week after 12 Russian intelligence officers were indicted on hacking charges related to the 2016 presidential campaign.
