Utah Officer May Face Charges 2 Years After Punching Woman

A now-retired Salt Lake City police officer may face a criminal investigation over body-camera footage that shows him punching a woman in the face in front of her daughter. The video came to the police chief’s attention two years after the incident took place, when it was published on a social media website.
