Judge to Decide if Slender Man Suspects to be Tried as Adults

Feb. 16, 2015: A preliminary hearing began Monday for 2 Wisconsin girls accused of stabbing their friend last May. The girls, who were only 12 when they allegedly stabbed their friend – who survived the attack – said they did so according to the instructions of “Slender Man,” a shadowy figure at the center of an urban legend that gained popularity online through youtube, reddit and social media.
