Mother of 5 ‘Accidentally' Killed by Chicago Police

A mother of five was “accidentally” killed in a police-involved shooting Saturday on the city’s West Side, police said, part of an officer-involved shooting that left a second person, a 19-year-old NIU student, dead. NBC 5’s Emily Florez reports.
